For the past few weeks I've been feeling ups and downs about myself. I don't know if I feel depressed or lonely. It's just that I've been experiencing a lot of problems lately. And by any means I sometimes get mad at things easily and burst into anger. I feel that people surrounds me keeps on giving negative vibes and that really puts me down.

You get it, stuff that makes you seem like your more loose, than stressed.

Avoid negative people, give more time to interact with people that helps you

The people you're around influence you a lot. Keep good company. Weed out those that aren't doing good things for you. We all have ruts and you'll get through them. Bad times are normal just remember that they will pass.
